Heya Folks -- We're getting together Saturday for some field cleanup, some training, and a "chalk-talk" at PSNS. Bring your kit, some work clothes, gloves (shovels, rakes, etc.), and pencil and paper for the classroom session.
In addition, there was also some talk of doing something more social with the rest of the afternoon.
What: Work Party/Chalk-Talk/Social
Schedule:
- 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM -- Field Work Party
- 11:00 AM to 12:00 NOON -- Training
- 12:00 NOON to 1:00 PM -- classroom chalk-talk
Where: PSNS Upper Softball Fields -- Meet at the corner of Burwell and Naval 20 mins early if you need a ride/escort on base.

Gentlemen,
Please do not assume that someone else will bring the shovels, garden rakes, wheel barrows, etc. If you have it, bring it. Too often on these work parties, people show up, but there are no tools. Ideas for providing protection on the manholes would be appreciated (perhapes hay tightly packed in burlap). Additionally, the chalk talk session will have greater benefit if we can discuss off of recent renegade video. If you have any, please bring them and will figure out how to use the.
