Renegades Training (Men's Rugby Team)

Renegades,

Practice starts on Jan. 20th at 1830 (6:30 PM) sharp, on the upper softball field at PSNS (A link to the map is on the left sidebar of the blog).

Those that don't have base access: Meet at the corner of Burwell and Naval (across from the Pour House, next to the old KFC). Drive-ons will commence at 1815 (6:15 PM).

Practice Uniform will be: running shoes, cleats, fitted mouthpiece, heavy weight athletic long sleeve shirt, heavy weight athletic trousers and/or heavy weight cotton shorts. Rookies and new players: Don't worry about specific rugby gear for your first few practices.

On Feb 7th we hoist the black flag and take on Budd Bay at home - Get stoked!
