Ok you guys -- especially those of you that know better:
GET YOUR
USA RUGBY MEMBERSHIP
PAID NOW!
Go to http://membership.usarugby.org and get this done ASAP. It costs $60.
It's easy. Only a couple of people that said they were going to be in the match vs. Budd Bay have come and actually said they need help. If you can't afford it -- If you don't get paid in time -- CONTACT POPE, APRICOT, OR CHEWEY ASAP -- we would rather you play than ride pine until you can afford CIPP!
You cannot play on Saturday if you're not CIPP'ed. Your team will be forced to forfeit if we don't have enough CIPP'ed players to field a team! Your team can't even register fields for home games if you don't get yourselves registered. At this point it's unnecessarily stressing out the team leadership, making it hard for anyone to make plans, and at this point may already be jeopardizing our chances of being able to compete in the play-offs in the spring.
The process is pretty self-explanatory, but here it is, step by step:
- Go to https://membership.usarugby.org/IndividualDefault.aspx
- Fill out the form and click "Continue"
- If you have an old registration, it will show up on the next page -- Click on your name.
- If you have not registered with USA Rugby before, register as a new member.
- You will be presented with a waiver to read online -- read it and click all the checkboxes below it. Click "Accept Waiver"
- Fill out the info on the next page ("primary contact info") -- click "Continue"
- On the next form, at the top, select "Player", "Senior", and "Olympic Peninsula Sports Union-Senior Men's (Club)" (once you start typing, the club name will show up -- just make sure you select "Senior Men's")
- Then finish the checkout process. At the end, it will ask you for an email address to send a copy of the registration to, use info@kitsaprugby.org.
Those of you that have already registered: thanks.
Those of you that will read this and follow through on it: thanks.
Those of you that continue to stall will be seen in kangaroo court.
RENEGADES!
